HostPane turns a single Linux server into a complete hosting platform — websites, email, DNS, databases and backups — with an administrator, reseller and customer panel built in.
A complete stack on proven open-source
Your customers stay online while you work. HostPane reads the panel that is already running — cPanel, DirectAdmin, CentOS Web Panel or Plesk — stages everything alongside it, and only moves traffic when you say so, in a maintenance window you chose.

HostPane finds the panel that is running and reads every account, domain, mailbox, database and DNS zone it owns — and flags the cron jobs that call the old panel's own tools.
Records are staged, missing packages installed and left stopped, and every config it will later replace is copied. Your old panel keeps serving customers throughout.
Around twenty checks — disk, ports, DNS TTLs, nameserver delegation, the real config tests. Anything that would stop you is found now, on a working day. A blocker refuses the cutover outright.
Type the server's own hostname, then the words that say what happens to it. Two confirmations of different kinds, because the real risk is the right click on the wrong server.
DNS first, then web, then mail — the order that limits what a problem can reach. The old panel is stopped and disabled, so a reboot can't bring it back alongside HostPane.
If verification fails, HostPane restores the saved configs and restarts your previous panel without waiting to be asked. A rollback stays one click away afterwards, too.
Operators, resellers and end customers each get a focused surface — no clutter, no cross-wires, no separate tools to buy.
Provision and manage accounts, drive every service on the box, and watch it all in real time. The operator surface is the control room for your server.
Give partners a delegated, white-labelled panel with hard limits. They manage their own customers — and, if you allow it, their own sub-resellers; you keep the guardrails, the branding and the boundaries.
Websites, email, databases, files and one-click apps in a friendly, icon-led interface. Fewer tickets for you; more control for them.
No marketplace of paid add-ons. Everything below ships in the box, wired together and monitored.
Unlimited domains, subdomains and aliases, each with automatic HTTPS the moment DNS points at the box — served by NGINX, or by Apache when your customers want .htaccess.
A full mail server with the deliverability work done for you — signing, alignment and spam scanning built in, with controls down to the single mailbox.
A two-process model keeps the web app unprivileged. Every privileged action is validated, reversible and audited — and each customer site gets its own security grade.
Authoritative DNS on your choice of engine, with zones created automatically for every new domain and signed on request.
MariaDB and PostgreSQL side by side for customers — and tools for the database server itself: connections, configuration, and version upgrades that take a backup first.
Deduplicated, encrypted backups to local and remote storage — and an importer that brings an account's files, mail and databases in from another panel's backup.
A real file manager with an in-browser editor, one-click applications, and the ways your customers already like to reach their files.
Live metrics, alerts on the thresholds you set, a forecast of what is heading for trouble — and a watchdog that repairs a failed service instead of paging you.
A REST API for your own scripts, a WHMCS module for billing, and an AI-agent interface where every change can be rehearsed as a dry run first.
Give a plan a CPU, memory and process ceiling and HostPane places each of its accounts in its own systemd slice — no kernel add-on to license.
Root and your admin group sign in with their Linux passwords, your team can use your identity provider, and everyone can add a second factor.
A support assistant answers customers from what the panel can actually check about their own account — DNS, certificates, mail, disk — and shows its working.
HostPane ships as a single prebuilt bundle with its dependencies already compiled — so there is no toolchain to install on a production server, and no package feed to reach at install time.
LTS releases, apt-native.
Stable releases, apt-native — Dovecot 2.4 on 13 included.

The panel you log into never runs as root. It hands privileged work to a separate root helper over a local socket that only accepts a fixed set of validated commands — so a slip in the web layer can't reach into the system.
Priced per server, not per feature. Start free, upgrade when you grow. Licences are checked offline against a signed seven-day lease, so an outage on our side never takes your server down.
